房颤患者血清25-羟基维生素D_3的水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨心房颤动(房颤)患者血清25-羟基维生素D_3[25(OH)D_3]水平变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测173例房颤患者(房颤组)和173例健康人群(对照组)血清25(OH)D_3水平,分析其与其他实验室指标的相关性。结果与对照组比较,房颤组WBC计数、中性粒细胞百分比、TC、TG和CRP均升高,而25(OH)D_3和淋巴细胞百分比降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。房颤患者25(OH)D_3水平与CRP和中性粒细胞百分比呈负相关(r=-0.209,P<0.01;r=-0.155,P<0.05),与淋巴细胞百分比呈正相关(r=0.164,P<0.05)。结论房颤患者血清25(OH)D_3水平低下,且与房颤炎症状态密切相关。Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25（OH）D3]in the patients with atrial fibrillation（AF）.Methods Serum 25（OH）D3 was detected by ELISA in 173 patients with AF（group A）and 173 healthy people（group C）.The correlation of AF with other experimental indicators was analyzed.Results Compared with group C,WBC counts,neutrophil proportion,total cholesterol,triglyceride and C-reactive protein（CRP）were increased,but 25（OH）D3 level and lymphocyte proportion were decreased,significantly in group A（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Serum level of 25（OH）D3was negatively correlated with that of CRP and neutrophil proportion in group A（r=-0.209,P〈0.01;r=-0.155,P〈0.05）,which was positively correlated with that of lymphocyte proportion（r=0.164,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum level of 25（OH）D3 is decreased in the patients with AF,which is closely correlated with AF inflammatory state.
