摘  要:为进一步探索工程结构中含螺栓或钉载孔搭接件的应力集中问题,基于有限元计算软件,建立含并排螺栓或钉载孔搭接件结构的局部三维有限元模型,计算双板搭接结构在承受均匀拉力载荷时局部的应力分布情况。分析研究在该状态下搭接件中两并排孔孔边的三维应力集中情况,得出应力集中系数与板的厚度、孔半径、孔间距之间的关系。为验证计算模型的精确性,通过与子模型法的计算结果进行对比。研究发现,板厚度、孔半径与孔间距对应力集中系数比值有明显影响,随着搭接件中板的厚度、孔半径或孔间距的改变,最大应力集中系数值的位置沿厚度方向发生改变。该结果可为当前连接件存在的应力集中问题提供参考依据。In order to further explore the problem of stress concentration of the rivet holes or pin-loaded holes in the engineering structure,based on finite element calculation software,a local three-dimensional finite thickness plate with two rivet holes or pin-loaded holes arranged in parallel was established. The calculation of local stress distribution of the double-plate lapped structure under uniform tensile load was performed. The status of the lapped structure by two side by side holes with three dimensional stress concentration,the relations of the stress concentration factors with the plate thickness,the radius of hole and the distance of the hole were obtained. By comparing with the results of sub-modeling method,the accuracy of the calculation model was verified. The thickness of the plate,the radius of the hole and the distance of the hole have obvious influence on the ratio of the stress concentration factor,and change with the thickness of the plate,the radius of the hole or the distance of the hole. The position of the maximum stress concentration factor changes with the thickness direction. The results provide a reference for the stress concentration problem of the connecting structure.
