省会城市群经济圈科技创新发展指数评价研究

摘　　要：构建了省会城市群经济圈科技创新评价指标体系,共包含创新资源、创新环境、创新绩效等3项一级指标、10项二级指标和40项三级指标,通过德尔菲法进行指标权重设计,采用标准化处理、同化处理等方法进行数据的指数化处理,最后根据不同城市指标综合得分情况评价该城市的科技创新发展水平和竞争潜力。This paper constructs an evaluation system of scientific and technological innovation in an economic circle of a provin-cial capital city, which includes three first grade indexes： innovation resources, innovation environment and innovation performance, as well as 10 secondary indexes and 40 tertiary indexes. By using Delphi method to design weighing targets, data standardized and orien-ted were included in date indexation processing. At last,according to the comprehensive evaluation scores of different cities,the devel-opment level of scientific and technological innovation and competitive potential of the city are evaluated.
