摘 要:目的探讨年龄对非器质性心脏病人群心率减速力的影响。方法选取209例非器质性心脏病人群,分为青年组(<40岁)、中年组(40~<60岁)和老年组(≥60岁),进行24h动态心电图和超声心动图检查,记录平均心率、最慢心率、最快心率,并由此计算心率减速力、心率加速力、心率变异性指标值。结果 3组对象的心率减速力分别为(8.59±1.57)、(7.81±1.62)、(6.72±1.40)ms,中、老年组心率减速力值均小于青年组(t=2.24、5.32,均P<0.05)。青年组女性心率减速力[(7.90±1.06)ms]低于男性[(9.30±1.80)ms],差异有统计学意义(t=2.12,P<0.05),中、老年组不同性别间心率减速力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心率减速力与年龄呈线性负相关(r=-0.451,P<0.01)。结论在非器质性心脏病人群中,年龄是影响心率减速力的独立影响因子。Objective To determine the effect of age on cardiac deceleration capacity (DC) in patients with non-organic heart disease. Methods 209 patients with non-organic heart disease were enrolled and divided into youth group (〈40 years), middle age group (40-59years) and elder group (≥60years). 24h dynamic electrocardiogram and echocardiography were performed. Average heart rate, the lowest heart rate and highest heart rate were recorded. The cardiac acceleration and deceleration capacities and heart rate variability were calculated. Results DC was significantly higher in youth group than middle age group and elder group (8.59 + 1.57 vs 7.81 + 1.62 vs 6.72+1.40, P 〈0.05), and significantly lower in female than in male in youth group (9.3 + 1.80 vs 7.9+1.06, P 〈0.05), but not significantly different between different gender in middle age group and elder group. DC was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.451, P〈0.01). Conclusion In patients with non-organic heart disease, age is an independent factor influencing DC.
