摘  要:对分离自辽、冀、鲁三省43个市(区)的黄瓜褐斑病菌[Corynespora cassiicola(Berk&Kert)Wei]菌株进行培养性状观测和致病力分化研究,结果表明:供测106个菌株的菌丝生长速率分为快、中、慢3种类型,菌株数依次为65株(占61.32%)、37株(占34.91%)和4株(占3.77%);气生菌丝类型分为密集型和几无菌丝型,菌株数分别为88株(占83.02%)和18株(占16.98%);菌落颜色表现深墨绿、深褐、灰、浅灰和白色等多样颜色,以灰色和浅灰色为多;菌株色素分泌情况包括无色素分泌(菌株65株,占61.32%)和分泌土黄色、微红色和酒红色色素等性状;产孢能力试验表明,几无菌丝型菌株整体产孢能力高于气生菌丝密集型菌株。致病力测定研究表明,供试106个菌株可分为3种致病类型,即强致病力类型(29株,占27.36%)、中等致病力类型(70株,占66.04%)和弱致病力类型(7株,6.60%),其中,来自辽宁的菌株均属强或中等致病力类型,而来自河北和山东的菌株都有强、中、弱致病力类型的划分,但来自河北的菌株大多数为中等或弱致病力类型,来自山东的菌株几乎皆为强或中等致病力类型。综上,供试菌株的培养性状呈现丰富多样性,且与致病力类型密切相关,与菌株地理来源也有一定的相互关联;除色素分泌这一因素外,菌株的生长速率、气生菌丝类型及产孢能力与形成病斑的大小形状等也存在相关性。In this paper we had performed research into cul ture t rai ts and pathogenici ty di fferentiat ion for Corynespora cassiicola isolates of cucumber brown spot collected from total 43 cities or districts among 3 provinces of Liaoning, Hebei and Shandong. Results showed that the hypha growth rate could be divided into fast type, moderate type and slow type, with the correspondingisolate number of 65 (61.32%),37 (34.91%) and 4 (3.77%), respectively. The aerial hyphae were divided into thickset type and scanty type, with respective isolates number of 88(83.02%) and 18(16.98%). These fungal colony colors consisted of dark blackish green, dark brown, grey, light grey and white, with grey and light grey in the majority. The pigment secretion comprised yel low, light red and claret-red and no pigment, in which no pigment secretion isolates are 65(61.32%). The isolates with scanty hyphaeexhibited a stronger ability in sporulation than those with thickset hyphae. The pathogenicity for all tested isolates could be divided into 3 types including strong, moderate and weak, with the corresponding isolate number of 29(27.36%), 70(66.04%) and 7 (6.60%) respectively. Isolates from Liaoning displayed strong or moderate pathogenicity, however, all the 3 pathogenicity types appeared in the isolates from Hebei or Shandong, and most of isolates from Hebei belonged to moderate or weak pathogenicity type, nearly all of those from Shandong belonged to strong or moderate pathogenicity type. The comprehensive analyses showed that there were evidently abundant diversities in the culture traits for all tested isolates, which were also relevant to the pathogenicity types and geographical origin, and the facts involving hyphae growth rate, types of aerial hyphae and sporulation capacity in place of the pigment secretion were also related to the symptoms of disease spots on leaves.
