解郁安神汤联合艾司唑仑治疗肝郁化火失眠随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察解郁安神汤联合艾司唑仑治疗肝郁化火失眠疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按掷骰子方法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例艾司唑仑,1mg/次,1次/d,睡前口服。治疗组35例解郁安神汤,柴胡、龙胆草、栀子、生地各10g,当归8g,丹皮10g,合欢皮20g,生龙骨、生牡蛎各30g,郁金15g,香附10g,甘草8g,1剂/d,水煎200m L,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(28d)。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效17例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%;对照组痊愈12例,显效11例,有效2例,无效10例,总有效率71.43%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]解郁安神汤联合艾司唑仑治疗肝郁化火失眠,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with estazolam in the treatment of liver fire insomnia curative effect. [Methods] 70 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control. 35 cases of the control group estazolam, 1 rag/times, 1 times/d, orally at bedtime. Treatment group （n=35） solution Yu Anshen decoction, bupleurum root, gentian root, gardenia, each 10g, angelica gg, cortex moutan 10g, 20g Albizia julibrissin Durazz, keel, oyster each 30g, Curcuma 15g, xiangfu10g, licorice 8g, daily 1 agent, water simmer in water 200ml, twice daily; western medicine in the tre.atment of with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 28d. Observation of clinical symptoms, Pittsburgh sleep quality index score, adverse reaction. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment （28d）. [Result] in the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, efficiency 94.29%; in the control group, 12 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 10 cases ineffective, rate of 71.43%. The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group （P〈0.05）. Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of two groups were improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improved better than the control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with AI our estazolam treatment of liver depression of the fire insomnia, and the results were satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
