摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎反复发作,迁延不愈,严重危害人民群众身体健康。在药物治疗同时,积极配合一般护理、健康宣教、指导个人卫生、生活规律、按时服药;饮食护理,辨证施膳进食高热量、优质蛋白质、低脂、低糖、富含维生素食品,不偏嗜,戒烟酒;情志护理,移情易性、心理暗示,消除不良情绪;服药护理,预先告知可能出现的不良反应,取得患者配合,增加依从性。综合护理干预,依从性明显提高,有利于促进病情恢复。Recurrent chronic hepatitis B, delayed healing, seriously endanger people＇s health. At the same time in drug treatment, and actively cooperate with the general nursing, health education, guidance of personal hygiene, living habits and medication; diet nursing, dialectical dietary intake of high calorie, high protein, low fat, low sugar, vitamin rich food, not partial addicted, quit alcohoL; emotional care, empathy, easy psychological suggestion, eliminate bad mood; medication nursing, warned the possible adverse reactions, made with coordination, increase compliance. Comprehensive nursing intervention, compliance significantly improved, help promote disease recovery.
