摘　　要：目的:探讨Tektin 2在弱精症患者精子的表达特征及其临床意义。方法:将活动力正常和活动力降低的人精子cDNA分别与人类全基因组芯片杂交,筛选出差异表达的基因;采用RT-PCR比较Tektin 2在活动力正常和活动力降低的人精子中的表达差异。结果:通过分析基因芯片结果筛选出差异表达基因Tektin 2;Tektin 2在精子活动力降低组的相对表达量(0.308±0.028)明显低于精子活动力正常组(0.613±0.041),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Tektin 2在弱精症患者精子中表达水平明显降低,表明其在精子运动中可能发挥重要作用。Objective： To investigate the expression of Tektin 2 in spermatozoa from asthenozoospermic men and evaluate the function of Tektin 2. Method： The normally motile and poorly motile spermatozoa cDNA samples were hybridized with the human whole genome microarray gene chip separately to screen the gene which was dif- ferentially expressed. We compared the expression levels of Tektin 2 between the normally motile spermatozoa and poorly motile spermatozoa. Result.. Tektin 2 which differentially expressed was identified by analysis of the hy- bridization signals. The expression of Tektin 2 mRNA was significantly lower in the poorly motile spermatozoa （0,308±0. 028）, as compared to normally motile spermatozoa （0. 613±0.041）, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The de- creased expression of Tektin 2 in the poorly motile spermatozoa is possibly correlated with the low sperm motility. Tektin 2 may play a great role in sperm motility.
