摘  要:目的:探讨Tektin 2在弱精症患者精子的表达特征及其临床意义。方法:将活动力正常和活动力降低的人精子cDNA分别与人类全基因组芯片杂交,筛选出差异表达的基因;采用RT-PCR比较Tektin 2在活动力正常和活动力降低的人精子中的表达差异。结果:通过分析基因芯片结果筛选出差异表达基因Tektin 2;Tektin 2在精子活动力降低组的相对表达量(0.308±0.028)明显低于精子活动力正常组(0.613±0.041),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Tektin 2在弱精症患者精子中表达水平明显降低,表明其在精子运动中可能发挥重要作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of Tektin 2 in spermatozoa from asthenozoospermic men and evaluate the function of Tektin 2. Method: The normally motile and poorly motile spermatozoa cDNA samples were hybridized with the human whole genome microarray gene chip separately to screen the gene which was dif- ferentially expressed. We compared the expression levels of Tektin 2 between the normally motile spermatozoa and poorly motile spermatozoa. Result.. Tektin 2 which differentially expressed was identified by analysis of the hy- bridization signals. The expression of Tektin 2 mRNA was significantly lower in the poorly motile spermatozoa (0,308±0. 028), as compared to normally motile spermatozoa (0. 613±0.041), P〈0.05. Conclusion: The de- creased expression of Tektin 2 in the poorly motile spermatozoa is possibly correlated with the low sperm motility. Tektin 2 may play a great role in sperm motility.
