摘 要:以硝酸锌和硝酸铝为原料,采用共沉积,经高温烧结制得导电掺铝氧化锌(AZO)纳米颗粒,并将导电AZO纳米粉体添加到聚丙烯腈(PAN)纺丝液中,利用湿法纺丝技术制备了结构完整的PAN/AZO复合导电纤维。采用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜及Electrometer电阻测试仪分别对其性能结构进行表征。结果表明:AZO纳米粉体的添加使PAN纤维的结构稳定性得到提高,PAN/AZO复合导电纤维的电阻率降低了1~2个数量级。Using zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw material,the Al doped ZnO (AZO) precursor were pro duced by the co-deposition method. The eleetroconductive AZO nanoparticles were further prepared through high heat sintering treatment. By adding AZO nanoparticle into the PAN spinning solution, the PAN/AZO composite electroconductive fibers were prepared by wet spinning technology. The structure and performance were respectively characterized by XRD, TG,SEM and Electrometer, which showed that the stability of PAN/AZO composite electroconductive fibers were enhanced and the resistivity were decreased by 1-2 degree with addition of AZO nanoparticles.
