摘 要:利用静电纺丝技术制备出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/钛酸四正丁酯(PMMA/TBT)复合超细纤维膜,并通过水热法处理得到PMMA/TiO_2柔性复合纳米纤维膜。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析法(TGA)、X射线衍射法(XRD)等手段对PMMA/TiO_2复合纳米纤维膜进行表征,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、全自动比表面积及孔隙分析仪(BET)对该材料的形貌结构、孔隙结构进行分析,最后探讨了所制备的纳米纤维膜的光催化降解能力,综合分析了pH值对水热法制备PMMA/TiO_2复合纳米纤维膜的形貌、结构及性能的影响。结果表明,成功制备出了比表面积较大,催化活性较高的PMMA/TiO_2复合纳米纤维膜;在水热反应过程中pH=8时,得到的PMMA/TiO_2复合纳米纤维膜中TiO_2晶型为锐钛矿型,且比表面积较大,对拟污染物亚甲基蓝的脱色率达到95%。Poly methyl methacrylate/tetra-n butyl (PMMA/TBT) composite uhrafine fibrous membrane was pre pared by electrospinning technology. Followed by hydrothermal method, PMMA/TiO2 composite nanofibrous membrane was obtained. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) ,thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were employed to characterize PMMA/TiO2 membrane. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), automatic specific surface area and pore analyzer (BET) were utilized to analyze the surface morphology of membrane as well as its pore structure. And finally the photocatalytic degradability of material was evaluated. The results indicated that PMMA/TiO2 membrane with large specific surface area and high catalytic activity was successfully prepared. Furthermore, TiO2 crystal of the resulting PMMA/TiO2 nanofibrous membrane from the hydrothermal process can form pure anatase type when the pH reach 8. Besides, the specific surface area of nanofiber was relatively large, which possessed a 95 % of decolorization ratio to ward the model pollutant methylene blue. s
