摘  要:将碱激发高炉渣与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)共混,使地质聚合反应和缩聚反应同时进行,形成具有地聚物—O—Si—O—Al—O—网络与PDMS—O—Si—O—Si—O—网络互穿的PDMS/地聚物杂化涂层。研究了3种碱液Na_2SiO_3、NaOH、Na_2SiO_3+NaOH(质量比1∶1)及其浓度对涂层表干时间、实干时间、交联密度、耐腐蚀性、附着力、热稳定性等的影响。研究发现,高炉渣经碱液激发后生成的PDMS/地聚物杂化涂层与未激发的PDMS/高炉渣复合涂层相比,其交联密度、耐腐蚀性、附着力、热稳定性均增加,表干时间、实干时间变短。The slag activated by alkaline liquid and PDMS were blended,then geopolymerization with polycondensation carried out simultaneously,PDMS/geopolymer hybrid coating consisting of interpenetration by O Si O Al-O- network of geopolymer with -O Si-O-Si-O network of PDMS was formed. The effect of the three kind of alkaline liquid, including Na2 SiOa , NaOH and Na2 SiOa + NaOH (mass ratio 1 = 1) with their concentration on surface drying time, hard drying time, crosslink density, corrosion resistance, adhesive force, heat stability and so on were discussed. The results indicated that it had superior crosslink density, corrosionresistance, adhesive force,heat stability as well as fewer surface drying time and hard drying time for activated PDMS/geopolymer hybrid coating comparing with unactivated PDMS/slag composite coating.
