摘 要:采用浸渍-煅烧法制备了Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3纳米颗粒,并考察了Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3投加量和温度对聚乙烯醇(PVA)模拟废液的吸附及降解效果影响。采用了XRD、SEM-EDS等方法对Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3纳米颗粒进行表征。实验表明,浸渍-煅烧法可以使Mn元素以锰系氧化物的形式在基本不破坏γ-Al2O3载体性能特征的情况下,均匀负载在γ-Al2O3纳米颗粒上。Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3纳米颗粒可以通过吸附作用去除PVA模拟废水中PVA大分子,吸附温度的提高和Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3纳米颗粒投加量的增加会进一步促进Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3对PVA的吸附。通过正交试验确定了Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3降解处理PVA的最优方案为:处理质量分数1%的PVA水溶液100mL需投加12mL双氧水,0.45g Mn_xO_y/γ-Al_2O_3,反应温度为80℃,PVA最大去除率为99.38%。MnxOy/y-Al2O3 particles were prepared by a wet impregnation-calcination method and used for the removaI of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in waste water. The physicochemical and morphology properties of Mnx Oy/γ-Al2O3 were characterized hy XRD and SEM-EDS. The results revealed that Mn can be evenly doped on γ-Al2O3 in a form of manganese oxide while keeping the features of γ-Al2O3 almost unaffected. PVA can be removed by adsorption and degradation using MnxOy/γ-Al2O3. The removal efficiency by adsorption of PVA increased with increasing adsorption temperature and MnxOy/γ-Al2O3 dosage. And removal efficiency could reach 99.38% at 80℃ while initial concentration of PVA was 1 %, H2O2 and MnxOx /γ-Al2O3 dosages were 12mL/L, 4.5 g/L, respectively.
