摘 要:采用旋转式流变仪表征腰果壳油改性的酚醛树脂共混体系在不同温度下的静态流变性能,同时基于碳纤维/铜纤维深交联机织物的结构特性设计出针对复合材料的热压及固化温度;通过改变固化过程中的升温速率,探究最佳的复合材料热压-固化工艺。通过对复合材料进行截面能谱扫描(EDS)和固化后的孔隙率测试来对不同固化工艺进行比较。结果表明,通过模具将树脂基体胶液浸渍碳纤维/铜纤维深交联织物并进行热压的方法来实现预制体与树脂的复合,且固化升温速度为10℃/h时可以获得具有较低孔隙率的复合材料且树脂体系中的填料能够更均匀的分布在复合材料中。A resin system was composed of cashew nut shell liquid modified phenolic resin and other fillers. The static theology behavior was characterized by rotary rheometer. The curing process was designed based on the resin system which viscosity changed with the temperature increase and the structure characteristic of three-dimensional angle interlock carbon/copper woven. By changing the heating rate of the curing process, the best curing process was explored. The curing process was verified by EDS and the porosity of the composite. The results indicated that the through the mold the resin matrix adhesive impregnated three-dimensional angle interlock carbon/copper woven and hot pressing method to realize the preform and resin composite,Curing temperature with an increasing rate of 10℃/h was very suitable for the packing from the resin system to be distributed uniformly in the composite material which can also give composite materials a lower porosity.
