摘 要:以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甘油聚醚为原料,采用3种工艺合成水性紫外光聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(UV-WPUA)预聚物。采用国标要求测定低聚物的表观性能和涂料的基本性能,并分析SiO_2处理、甘油聚醚与2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)摩尔比、光引发剂含量和涂料固含量对涂料涂膜硬度的影响。研究结果表明,通过添加改性的纳米SiO_2、调节光引发剂含量和涂料固含量都能提高UV-WPUA涂料涂膜铅笔硬度。当改性纳米SiO_2的质量分数为4%~6%,光引发剂Irgacure2959质量分数为3%,固含量为55%,涂膜铅笔硬度较佳;甘油聚醚与DMPA摩尔比在3∶3~3∶4之间,第一步预封端工艺合成的UV-WPUA涂料涂膜铅笔硬度较佳。UV-curable waterborne polyurethane acrylate pre-polymer was synthesized by three different routes using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),2,2-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) and glyceryl polyether as the main materials. Then using national standard to determine the apparent performance of oligomer and basic performance of coating, and analysis of the influence of SiO2 , the ratio of glycerol polyether with DMPA,light initiator con- tent and solid content on the hardness of coating. The results indicated that the coating pencil hardness can be improved by adding the modified nanosilica, adjusting the light initiator content and coating solids. The pencil hardness was excellent when the mass fraction of the modified nanosilica was 4% -6%, the mass fraction of light initiator (Irgacure2959) was 3 %, the solid content 55 %. When the mole ratio of glycerol polyether with DMPA was 3 : 3 - 3 : 4, the pencil hardness of UV-WPUA coating synthesized by using the sealing process of the first step was excellent.
