摘 要:采用埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)做为微萃取涂层对水样中的7种多氯联苯进行吸附,建立了固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(SPME-GC-MS)同时测定水样中7种多氯联苯的方法,实验表明,在55℃、搅拌速度为600r/min下萃取30min,230℃下解析6min时,萃取效果最佳,7种多氯联苯的峰面积与量浓度有良好的线性关系,方法的相关系数在0.9918~0.9993之间,按照S/N=3得出检测限为0.05~0.32ng/mL;样品的平均加标回收率为91.6%~126.3%,精密度在4.2%~9.1%之间。Halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) were utilized as microextraction coating for the absorption of seven poly chlorinated biphenyls and a method of solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the simultaneous determination of seven polychlorinated biphenyls in water sample. Results indicated that the optimal SPME conditions were using halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) as mieroextraction coating at 55℃ and 600 r/min for 30min,desorping under 230℃ for 6min. Based on the experimental results,the peak areas of 7 polychlorinated biphenyls were in good linear relationship with concentration. The correlation coefficient of this method was about 0. 9918-0. 9993 and the detection limits were 0.05-032 ng/mL according to S/N23. The average recoveries were between 91.60/oo and 126.3%. The degree of precision was between 4.20% and 9.1%.
