摘  要:首先通过悬浮聚合法来制备不含氟的聚合物—苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,然后利用四氢呋喃和乙醇的混合溶液来诱导聚合物分相。聚合物分相形成了大量的聚合物微球,它们的不规则排列构成了表面的多尺度粗糙结构,最终获得了具有自清洁性的超疏水涂层。当共聚物涂层表面的接触角达到157.8°时,其接触角滞后为6.8°。此外,共聚物涂层具有优异的自清洁性和抗酸碱腐蚀性。The copolymers of styrene and methyl methacrylate (no fluorine-containing polymers) were prepared by suspension polymerization at first,and then the copolymers were induced to phase separation by using the mixed solvents of tetrahydrofuran and ethanol. A large number of polymeric microspheres were fabricated by the phase separation of copolymers. Their irregular arrangements constituted multi scale surface roughness, resulting in acquirement of the superhydrophobic films with self cleaning properties. The contact angles up to 157.8° with low contact angle hysteresis (6.8°) were obtained by the films. Additionally, the films showed excellent self-cleaning properties and good acid-alkali corrosion resistance.
