针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗湿疹的思路与实践

摘　　要：目的:总结胡幼平教授运用针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗湿疹的思路与临床经验。方法:通过跟从胡幼平教授针灸门诊学习,观察胡幼平教授治疗湿疹的临床疗效,总结对该病的病理机制、临床特点和选穴治法的认识。结果:湿疹发病多与脾脏亏虚,复感风湿热毒相关,因此临证治疗时胡教授尤其注重足太阴脾经。运用针刺配合刺血拔罐疗法,重视调理脏腑气血,并始终贯穿清热凉血、健脾祛湿法,提倡标本兼治。结论:以足太阴脾经经穴为主,运用针刺结合刺血拔罐治疗湿疹疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To summarize professor HU＇s clinical thoughts and practice on eczema. Methods： Learned follow pro- fessor HU and observed the clinical curative effect. To conclude the pathological mechanism, clinical characteristics and acupunc- ture treatments of eczema. Results ： Eczema was positively due to dysfunction of spleen organ, and attacked by external pathologi- cal factors like wind, wet and heat. So in the process of treatment, professor HU especially paid attention to the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin （SP）. Professor HU applyed acupuncture, cupping, and blood pricking therapy for treating eczema,attached great importance to regulate Qi and blood of Zang-Fu, and used the methods of reinforcing spleen function, expelling wet, relieving heat and cooling blood. He advocated treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease. Conclusion ： Giving priority to the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin （SP）, profess HU applyes acupuncture, cupping, and blood pricking therapy for treating eczema has a good therapeutic, which is worth using for reference.
