基于滋水涵木理论研究天钩消眩胶囊对肝阳上亢型高血压小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察"天钩消眩胶囊"治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的疗效。方法:将60只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、复方罗布麻给药组、高剂量天钩消眩胶囊灌胃组、中剂量天钩消眩胶囊灌胃组、低剂量天钩消眩胶囊灌胃组。每天上午灌胃1次,连续21天。观察组间、组内治疗前后血压变化指标。结果:两周后模型组小鼠有明显升高,与正常对照组比较有极显著差异。与模型组相比,罗布麻给药组和天钩消眩胶囊低、中剂量给药组有显著差异。3周后给药组与模型组相比均有显著或极显著差异。结论:"天钩消眩胶囊"证实其显著减低小鼠的收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压,具有明确降压作用且可改善肝阳上亢症状。Objective： Discussing the clinical observation of using Tiangou Xiaoxuan Capsule in the treatment of liver Yang hyperactivity type hypertension. Methods： Sixty 3-week-old male hypertensive rats were randomly divided into controlled group, model group, apocynum group, high-dose group, middle-dose group, low-dose group. Each day of TGXXC was orally adminis- tered at the indicated dose, and the blood pressure of all rats was measured using the tail-cuff method. Results ： After two-week, the blood pressure of the model group was significantly increased. Treated with apocynum group, the middle-dose group, the low- dose group were significantly reduced when compared with. untreated control SHRs. After three-week, all of the treatment group were significantly reduced. Conclusion： There comes to identify that experiments in mice has a clear antihypertensive effects.
