推经刺络法对间歇期偏头痛中瘀血体质人群的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:本课题从中医治未病思想出发,探究推经刺法对间歇期偏头痛中瘀血体质人群的干预效果。方法:将80例患者按照随机数表法平均分为两组并对各项需观察指标进行干预前采集。治疗组在间歇期运用推经刺络法进行治疗;对照组在发作期采用常规针刺进行治疗。治疗结束后,对治疗前后患者中医证候疗效、瘀血体质转化条目评分、大脑中动脉(MCA)血流流速、VAS评分以及偏头痛的发作次数、持续时间等方面进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组痊愈13例(32.5%);显效18例(45%);有效6例(15%);无效3例(7.5%);总有效率92.5%。对照组痊愈5例(12.5%);显效10例(25%);有效18例(45%);无效7例(17.5%);总有效率82.5%,两组差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且在中医证候疗效、瘀血体质转化条目评分、大脑中动脉(MCA)血流流速、VAS评分以及偏头痛的发作次数、持续时间等方面均具有比较意义。结论:与常规针刺相比,推经刺络法对瘀血质间歇期偏头痛人群干预效果满意,能有效改善瘀血体质;从而对瘀血质偏头痛有更显著的治疗作用。Objective： The cose idea about this topic based on the TCM of preventive treatment of disease, Intervention study about channel massage and blood-pricking therapy to people who have haemostasis constitution at the interlude of migraine. method： 80case patients divided into two groups （random number table method） , meanwhile gather informations that indispen- sable to be observed before the therapy. The treatment group that are in the diapuse was treated with channel massage and blood -pricking therapy ; the control group that are in attacking was treated by conventional acupuncture. After the end of treatment, to patients＇TCM symptom effect, VAS mark, the item score of blood stasis constitution transformation, the frequency and dura- tion of migraine etc make statistical analysis before and after treatment. Result： Treatment group of 40patients, Among them, 13cases were crued （32. 5% ） ; 18cases had significant effect （45%） ; 6cases were effective （ 15% ） , and 3cases were inef- fective （7.5%）, the total effective rate was 92.5%. Control group of 40paiients, Among them, 5cases were erued （12. 5% ） ; 10cases had significant effect （25%） ; 18cases were effective （45%）, and 7cases were ineffective （ 17.5% ）, the total effective rate was 82. 5 %, the contrast has a singnifieiant difference （P〈0.05）, and the patients＇TCMsymptom effect,VAS mark, the item score of blood stasis constitution transformation, the frequency and duration of migraine ete have a compara- tive meaning, conclusion： compered with the conventional acupuncture, Channel massage and blood-pricking therapy have a satisfactory effect in haemostasis constitution of migraine, have asignificant effect of people who are haemostasis constitution, meanwhile it can have a effective therapeutic action.
