中西医结合治疗TansPRK术后干眼症的临床及护理观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗TansPRK术后干眼症的临床疗效,并初步探索其护理方法、作用机理。方法:TansPRK术后干眼症患者60例,随机分为中西医结合试验组(中药眼部熏蒸联合泪然)和泪然对照组。疗程2周。观察治疗前后眼部及全身症状、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量测定(SIT)、角膜病变程度测定(FL)等疗效指标,对比各组治疗前后及各组间治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,显效率及有效率与对照组比较均具有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01),试验组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗及护理能有效延长患者泪膜破裂时间、增加泪液分泌、改善角膜病变,明显改善患者的中西医临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of TansPRK dry eyes after surgery, and a preliminary explore for the nursing methods, mechanism and evaluate its safety and social and economic benefits. Methods： 60 cases of patients with TansPRK dry eyes after surgery, were randomly divided into experi- mental group which combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine （traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, acu- puncture combined Tears Ran） and Tears But controlled group. 2 weeks of treatment was a course. Obsc：rved before and after treatment of ocular and systemic symptoms, it appeared rupture time （BUT）, determining the curative effect of tear secretion （SIT） and corneal lesion degree determination （FL） and so on, contrasted between groups before and after treatment and treat- ment effect between each group. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 3% , the total effective rate of the controlled group was 63. 3% , effective and efficient compared with the controlled group with significant statistical signifi- cance （P 〈 O. O1 ） , the experimental group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing can effectively prolong patient appears burst time, increase the tear secretion, improve corneal lesions, obviously improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms of Chinese and western medicine.
