摘  要:目的了解护士长人际技能现状,为科学评价护士长人际技能和开展培训提供方向。方法在某三级甲等综合医院抽取65名护士长作为被考评对象,从护士长的德行垂范、愿景激励、沟通技巧、个性关爱四个维度自行设计人际技能考评表,采取360°考评法,由被考评者的下级、同级、上级、本人共593名人员参与考评,合计发放1 950份考评表,考评表回收率94.82%。结果不同考评者给护士长人际技能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中下级评分最高,上级评分最低,同级、本人评分居中;护士长自评评分低于他评;不同人口学特征(除学历外)护士长人际技能评分差异无统计学意义。结论应用360°考评法能客观、全面地评价护士长的人际技能;能发现护士长人际技能存在的不足,为针对性的护士长人际技能培训提供参考价值。Objective To study the current situation of head nurses' interpersonal skills, and to provide the direction of scientific evaluation and training of head nurses" interpersonal skills. Methods 65 head nurses in grade III, class A hospital was selected as research objects. Assessment table of interpersonal skills from four aspects including virtue, visioning and inspiring, communication skills and caring was designed. 360 degree evaluation method was used in the study. 593 people included the superior, the same level, subordinate and head nurses themselves was participated in evaluation. Total issued 1950 assessment form, the recovery rate was 94.82%. Result There were statistical differences in the scores of the head nurses' interpersonal skills among different examiners(P〈0.01). The subordinate score is the highest, the superior score the lowest, the same level and themselves score middle. The head nurse score lower than others. There were no statistical differences in the scores of the head nurses" interpersonal skills among different examiners in different demographic characteristics (except education). Conclusion 360 degree evaluation method can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the head nurses" interpersonal skills, find the shortcomings of the head nurses" interpersonal skills, and provide reference for the targeted head nurses' interpersonal skills training.
