摘　　要：不动产登记档案管理是不动产统一登记工作重要的组成部分,切实整理好档案、管好档案、发挥档案价值可确保登记平稳、高效开展。文章针对不动产登记类型丰富的特点,形成了基于动态配置的专业不动产档案管理系统,详细阐述了该系统的建设目标和内容、系统详细功能、系统技术特色等,全面展示系统的建设全貌。The management of real estate registration files is an important part of the unified reDstratlon ot real estate. Organizing the file, managing the file, realizing the value of the file can ensure the registration work being carried smoothly. This paper build a professional file management system of real estate based on dynamic configuration according to the characteristics of real estate registration, describes the construction goal and the content, the detailed functions, technical characteristics of the system, and shows the whole picture of the system construction.
