摘　　要：为了科学的评价我国创新型企业,文章首先引入麦肯锡7s模型,然后通过剖析影响企业创新的主要因素,在此基础上构建一套创新型企业的指标体系,随后分析创新型企业评价的实施步骤,最终构建一套创新型企业评价的标准流程。In order to evaluate the innovative enterprises in China scientifically. Firstly, this paper introduces the McKinsey 7S model, and then analyzes the main factors influencing the enterprise＇s innovation, on the basis of which, a set of index system of innovative enterprises is constructed, and the implementation steps of innovative enterprise evaluation is evaluated. Finally, a set of standard processes for the evaluation of innovative enterprises is constructed.
