摘  要:针对目前气体检测系统灵敏度差、响应速度慢的问题,基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术,设计了一种带有参比气室的CO气体浓度差分检测系统。为了提高系统的灵敏度,系统综合运用了高增益雪崩光电探测器、差分吸收降噪和滤波降噪等方式提高了信号的信噪比。系统选用高速ARM单片机作为中央处理器进行数据分析处理和浓度反演,提高了检测速度。在软件中采用主成分回归分析建模,建立准确的分析模型。实验结果表明,该检测系统具有灵敏度高、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强等优点,有广阔的应用前景。Aiming at the problems of current gas detection systems, such as low sensitivity, slow response and so on, a CO gas concentration difference detection system with reference chamber is designed based on a tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectrum technology in this paper. In order to improve the sensitivity, the system uses high-gain avalanche photo detector, and differential absorption and filtering methods to reduce noise so as to raise the SNR of signals. ARM SCM is used as a central processing unit (CPU) for data analysis and concentration inversion in order to increase the detection speed. The principal component regression analysis modeling is adopted to establish an accurate analysis model. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of high sensitivity, stable performance, strong anti-jamming capability, and has a broad application prospect.
