摘　　要：作为社会经济发展的附庸品,犯罪地域化现象是公安机关必然面临的问题,其现实危害性不容忽视。以地域化犯罪群体范围为主体,从犯罪高危地区的地域性特点、犯罪地域化的形成原因出发,通过分析电信诈骗案等典型案例的地域性演变过程,探索地域化犯罪的防控思路,深入挖掘其犯罪规律和特点,在为自身提供侦查依据的同时,适时、合理地对外予以公布,是有效避免此类犯罪现象的关键。As a ＂by - product＂ of social economic development, the phenomenon of regional crime is what the regional public security organs must be faced with and its harm can notbe ignored. In order to offer some solutions to prevent such crimes, the paper, taking the regional crime groups as the main body of research, tries to find out the characteristics and causes of regional crime. Through the analysis of the regional telecom fraud cases, it also attempts to offer some measures on how to control and prevent such crimes.
