通腑泻肺方对ALI/ARDS大鼠呼吸力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通腑泻肺方对ALI/ARDS大鼠呼吸力学的影响。方法健康Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为3组:空白组、模型组、中药组,采用尾静脉注射内毒素的方法造成ALI/ARDS模型,中药组予通腑泻肺方进行灌胃,7 d后观察3组大鼠呼吸力学相关指标的变化。结果中药组与空白组相比,Ri、Re、Cydn差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明经过治疗后,受损大鼠呼吸力学的指标得到最大程度的恢复;两组PEF、Fev0.2、Fev0.2/FVC%比较差异均无统计学意义。结论通腑泻肺方能够降低ALI/ARDS大鼠气道阻力,提高其肺的顺应性。To observe the effects of Tongfu Xiefei decoction on respiratory mechanics in ALI/ARDS rats. Methods 30 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups： blank group, model group and traditional Chinese medicine group. ALI/ARDS model was established by tail vein injection of endotoxin, the Chinese medicine group was treated by Tongfu Xiefei decoction.The changes of respiratory mechanics related indexes were observed in three groups of rats after seven days. Results There was no significant difference in Ri, Re, and Cydn between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the blank group （P〉0.05）, the Results showed that after treatment, the indexes of respiratory mechanics of the injured rats were restored to the greatest extent; There was no significant difference between the two groups in PEF, Fev0.2 and Fev0.2/FVC%. Conclusion Tongfu Xiefei decocton can reduce the airway resistance and improve the compliance of the lung ALI/ARDS rats.
