摘　　要：高校危机的"蝴蝶效应"不但危害校园的正常教育教学秩序,而且影响整个社会系统的正常运作。首先,文章根据复杂系统脆性理论,构建高校危机生成模型;其次,从脆性事件和脆性因子两个方面分析高校危机的产生原因;最后,提出高校危机预防的管理对策,旨在为高校危机预防提供框架性管理思路。The ＂butterfly effect＂ of university crisis not only jeopardizes the normal teaching order of the campus, but also affects the whole social system. In this paper, according to the brittleness theory of complex system, a generative model of university crisis is constructed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the causes of crises in colleges and universities from the aspects of both brittleness events and brittleness factors. At last, it puts forward the management countermeasures for university crisis prevention, aiming at providing some ideas to the framework of the management.
