“一带一路”战略背景下西部高校教育国际化的思考

摘　　要："一带一路"战略有助于推动西部高校国际化教育模式的转变,为西部高校开辟了新的历史使命,拓展了西部高校的办学空间。但是,对外交流能力不足、国际化教育能力匮乏、国际化教育动力不足,严重影响了西部高校融入"一带一路"发展战略以及实施教育国际化的进程。西部高校快速推进教育国际化进程需确立教育国际化"中心—系统"组织路线,构建有益于国际化的生成制度,实施融合式人才培养方案。＂One Belt One Road＂ strategy helps the Universities in the west of China to change the past international education pat- tern. New historic missions of the Universities will be given by the ＂One Belt One Road＂ strategy. The more great education space also will be developed by the strategy. However, many shortcomings of the Universities such as the shortages of international communication ability, international education ability and international aspiration influence the integration of the universities in the west of China into ＂one belt one road＂ development strategy. To overcome these shortcomings, the Universities in the west of China should accelerate the process of internationalization from the following aspects： To determine the internationalization education of ＂center---system＂ organiza- tion path; to eonstrnet the system which is beneficial to the internationalization of the Universities and to implement the integrated talent cultivation plans.
