摘　　要：目的探讨人工肱骨头置换治疗肱骨上端骨肿瘤的疗效。方法采用人工肱骨头置换治疗在本科住院的肱骨上端骨肿瘤患者24例,患者均为单侧病损,用骨水泥固定于肱骨残端髓腔内。结果术后肩关节疼痛增均得到了明显的缓解,主动活动度增加,按国际保肢学会(ISOLS)的评估标准进行评分,优良率为87.5%。结论肱骨上端骨肿瘤治疗采用人工肱骨头进行置换具有良好的效果,对保全肢体、提高患者生存质量是一种疗效可靠的手术方法。Objective To investigate the treatment of humeral head replacement for the efficacy of proximal humerus bone tumors.Methods The humeral head replacement in the treatment of proximal humerus in the undergraduate admission in patients with bone tumors,18 cases were unilateral lesions in patients with bone cement in the medullary cavity of humerus stump.Results The postoperative shoulder pain relief was 88.9%,active activity increased,according to the international society of limb salvage（ISOLS）evaluation criteria to rate them excellent in 6 cases,good in 8 cases,2 cases and poor in 2 cases,the fine rate was 77.8%.postoperative prosthetic loosening in 2 cases.Conclusion The proximal humerus bone cancer treatment for humeral head replacement with good results,on the preservation of the body,improve the quality of life of patients is an effective and reliable surgical method.
