药物流产后应用彩色多普勒血流显像选择清宫时机的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像对药物流产后宫内残留的临床价值及药物流产后的清宫时机。方法选择药物流产后,阴道超声检查宫腔内残留物厚度≥1.0 cm的患者77例,接受清宫术的47例作为观察组,其余30例作为对照组,观察两组的临床结局及相关指标。结果彩色多普勒血流显像诊断不全流产准确率95.7%,观察组阴道出血时间、出血量、尿HCG转阴率、月经复潮时间明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒血流显像对药物流产后宫内残留有重要的诊断价值,如诊断为药物流产不全者应尽早清宫。Objective To research application color doppler flow imaging after medical abortion choice time to curettage.Methods Choose 77 cases patients who after drug abortion,vaginal ultrasound intrauterine residual thickness of 1.0 cm or more.47 cases as observed group with curettage,the other 30 cases as control group,observe the clinical outcome of two groups and related indicators.Results Color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of incomplete abortion rate 95.7%,the observation group vaginal bleeding time,blood loss,urine HCG overcast rate,menstruation after tide time is significantly higher than the control group,difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Color doppler flow imaging for medical abortion has important diagnostic value in the harem residues,such as diagnosis of disorders of medical abortion should be made as early as possible.
