光动力联合粉刺挤压术治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨光动力联合粉刺挤压术治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法将60例2014年12月至2015年12月在我院医治的中重度痤疮患者分为观察组及对照组各30例,观察组予以光动力联合粉刺挤压术,对照组行一般药物治疗,两组均在治疗后第2、4、8周进行疗效判定,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后2周,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为36.67%和33.33%,治疗后4周,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为83.33%和66.67%,2、4周比较二者无统计学差异,但治疗后8周发现观察组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%和63.33%,二者具有统计学差异。结论光动力联合粉刺挤压术治疗中重度痤疮是安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the Photodynamic Therapy joint Acne compression effect of treatment of moderately to severe acne.Methods 60 patients with moderately to severe acne from December,2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,and 30 cases in both of the group,the observation group treated by the Photodynamic Therapy joint Acne compression,and the control group treated bye general drug treatment two groups are evaluated the outcome after treated2,4,8 weeks,and compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results Two weeks after treatment,the observation group and control group total effective rate were 36.67% and 33.33%,4 weeks after treatment,the observation group and control group total effective rate were 83.33% and 66.67%,2,4 weeks compared both is no statistical difference,but found 8 weeks after treatment group and control group total effective rate were 86.67% and 63.33%,both significantly statistical differences.Conclusion Photodynamic Therapy joint Acne compression treatment of moderately to severe acne is safe and effective treatment method,worthy of clinical application.
