JCI标准下PDCA-RCA在儿科急诊护理文书质控中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨以JCI为标准,运用PDCA循环结合RCA分析法对儿科急诊护理文书进行质控的效果评价。方法以JCI为标准,每月针对一项护理文书缺陷进行质控和PDCA循环,采用重点和逐项突破的形式对检查的问题运用RCA方法进行分析并制定对策。结果实践后护理文书缺陷率较实践前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以JCI为标准运用PDCA循环结合RCA分析法可以有效的降低儿科急诊护理文书的缺陷率,提升了护理文书质量,提高了护理文书的连续性,进一步保障患者安全。Objective To discuss the application and effect of PDCA circle with RCA methods to the quality control of nursing records under JCI standards in Pediatric Emergency Department.Methods The quality control and PDCA circle were proceed under JCI standards against only one nursing record flaw every month.The arising problem was analyzed by RCA methods via a form of key and item by item breakthrough,and the corresponding measures were made.Results The defect rate of nursing records had been obviously decreased when the measure was completed,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of PDCA circle with RCA methods to the quality control of nursing records under JCI standards could reduce the defect rate of nursing records effectively which improved the quality of nursing records and kept the continuity of nursing records.As a result of it,the safety of patients was ensured.
