摘 要:对引种到牡丹江地区的5个异源果桑品种:‘安椹’、‘辽5’、‘白玉王’、‘红果2号’、‘白珍珠’测定其在不同低温水平胁迫下的相对电导率值,将结果拟合Logistic曲线模型,计算出方程拐点值,得出各品种的低温半致死温度。结果表明,方程拟合度高,模型选择正确,计算结果可信度高。5个果桑品种的低温半致死温度为:‘安椹’(-25.15)、‘辽5’(-27.27)、‘白玉王’(-24.76)、‘红果2号’(-20.41)、‘白珍珠’(-19.41),评价抗寒性从高到低依次为:‘辽5’、‘安椹’、‘白玉王’、‘红果2号’、‘白珍珠’。The Fructus mori relative branch conductivities were detected at different low temperature levels. The five Morus cultivars included: 'An Sehn', 'Liao 5', 'Bai Yuwang', 'Hong Guo 2'and 'Bai Zhenzhu', which came from diverse provenances. After taking the results of conductivities to fit the Logistic curve model and calculating inflection point number value, then we could get the LT50s. The Moms' cold resistance were speculated by the way of analysis for LT50 in Mudanjiang region. [Conclusion]The R-squared of Logistic equation had a high level via the significance test, so the Logistic model was suitable for the study and the results also had a high confidence level. LT50s for the five Morus cultivars from low to high were ' Liao 5' (-27.27), ' An Sehn' (-25.15), ' Bai Yuwang' (-24.76), ' Hong Guo 2' (-20.41) and 'Bai Zhenzhu'(- 19.41). Then we speculate the sequence for cold resistance of Morus was ' Liao 5', ' An Sehn', ' Bai Yuwang', ' Hong Guo 2' and ' Bai Zhenzhu'.
