摘  要:针对某电站锅炉较高排放实际情况与运行边部条件,详细分析了有效降低NO_x燃烧技术措施(纵向三区与横向两区的空气分级燃烧、燃尽风布置、低NO_x燃烧器、建立节点功能区、多喷口多角度燃尽风喷口),给出了合理的低NO_x燃烧改造方案及其特点,为已有锅炉技术改造提供指导。The corresponding transformation measures were introduced first in view of the actual conditions such as high NOx emissions and external operation conditions of a certain utility boiler; and detailed analysis was presented to the effective combustion technical measures (including vertical 3-zone and horizontal 2-zone tangential air-staging combustion tecbnology. layout of OFA, low NOx burners, establishment of node functional areas, and multi-nozzle and multi-angular swinging SOFA nozzles) for lowering NOx emissions and a rational NOx combustion transformation scheme and its characteristics were presented for guidance of transformation of current power plant boilers.
