摘 要:某电厂引风机运行中振动较大。对该引风机进行了振动检测,并分析所记录的振动数据,结合振动信号的特征,对故障进行了诊断,确定了振动原因,然后实施了动平衡,最终取得显著效果。该风机的振动特征及处理过程具有代表性。给出分析、诊断的思路和处理方法。可以为类似风机的振动诊断与处理提供参考。In a power plant, the vibration of the induced draft fan was high during operation. The vibration of the induced draft fan was tested. The data, combined with the character of the vibration, were analyzed. Then the diagnosis of the fan's fault was performed and the cause of the fault was found. Finally, the balance move was carried out successfully in the field. The character of the vibration and the troubleshooting procedure of the induced draft fan are representative. This paper shows not only the thinking-way of the analysis and the diagnosis but the method of dealing with this fault, which provides a reference for the similar fault.
