摘　　要：秉承阳光慈善的时代精神和追求,以"让慈善在阳光下蓬勃发展"为出发点和归宿点,从责任履行与信任构建的关系着眼,围绕广州市乐善助学促进会通过"责信联动"机制实现"精准助学"的实践进行调查研究。通过典型个案剖析,提炼乐助会通过"责任带动阳光慈善"、"信任促进阳光慈善"的"责任和信任联动"机制实现"精准助学",达到责任和信任有效对接的经验和启示。力求丰富慈善组织打造"阳光慈善"的创新思维和拓展路径,并对辐射带动慈善组织阳光慈善事业健康发展发挥积极的实证借鉴和理论参考作用。With sunshine charity as the time spirit and pursuit, and with the starting point and objective of ＂making charity flourish in the sunshine＂, the paper invests the practice into which Guangzhou Benevolent Grant Promotion Association puts ＂the precise grant by means of responsibility-trust linkage. By analyzing typical cases, the paper extracts precise grant mechanism of the responsibility-trust linkage of Guangzhou Benevolent Grant Promotion Association, which means ＂responsibility leading sunshine charity＂ and ＂trust leading sunshine charity＂ .This is to summarize experience of connecting responsibility and trust, and try to find its inspiration, aiming at enriching the creative thoughts and expanding paths of sunshine charity. This might play an important role of practical and theoretical reference in the healthy development of sunshine charity of charitable organizations.
