摘　　要：南宋著名学者吕祖谦的《吕氏家塾读诗记》,是宋代集解体《诗经》注疏的代表性著作。《读诗记》对北宋以来学者的训释成果兼收并蓄,形成兼重义理与训诂的《诗经》训释之学,并以其谨严而创新的体例影响及南宋《诗经》集解体注疏的发展,同时也保存了大量丰富的《诗经》学散佚文献,体现着宋代《诗经》学的突出成就,在《诗经》学史上具有独特的学术价值与意义。Lvshi Jiashu Dushi Ji by Lv Zuqian of the Southern Song Dynasty is one of the representative works in the study of Classic of Poetry edited in Song Dynasty. As a master work on the interpretation of Classic of Poetry, the book assimilated research done by scholars in the Northern Song Dynasty and its unique and original style had great impact on the style of other interpretative works for Classic of Poetry. In addition, Lvshi Jiashu Dashi Ji preserved an abundance of scattered literature in the study of Classic of Poetry and reflected state of the art in the Song Dynasty. Hence, its unique academic value and significance in the study of Classic of Poetry.
