基于空间句法的旧城改造研究——以南京市浦口区公园北路一龙华路两侧地块为例

摘　　要：空间句法理念被引入国内,这种通过对包括建筑、城市、聚落及景观在内的人居空间结构的量化描述来研究空间组织系统中所有空间与空间以及空间与行为主体之间的关系的研究方式,弥补了国内设计方面缺少量化支撑的现状,提高了设计的科学性。以南京市浦口区公园北路一龙华路两侧地块为例,阐述空间句法模型建立的方法及其在旧城改造设计阶段和后期方案检验阶段的运用,通过空间句法的定量分析,找寻旧城的空间问题,检验城市设计的合理性,以科学指导旧城更新发展。The concept of space syntax has been introduced into China including the quantitative description on spatial structure of human settlements such as architecture, city, settlement and landscape in the 21st century. This method has been used to analyses the relationship between space and space, space and behavior subject inside the space organization system which makes up for the lack of quantitative support in domestic design field, improving the scientific design. This study takes area on both sides of Northern Park Road-Longhua Road in Pukou district as an example to describe a method of establishing space syntax model and the application in old city＇s transformation stage and post program testing stage in detail. Through the quantitative analysis based on space syntax, it is helpful to find the problem of old city space, test the rationality of urban design and guide the development of old city renewal accurately and scientifically.
