透热转气理论在过敏性紫癜血热妄行重证治疗中的运用

摘　　要：过敏性紫癜血热妄行重证涉及多个脏腑组织,其病机复杂,与温病的传变规律有相似之处。以叶天士的透热转气理论为指导,将透热转气具体治法归纳为宣通三焦以透热转气、养阴活血以透热转气,并论述这些治法在过敏性紫癜血热妄行重证治疗中的应用体会。Henoch-Schnlein purpura （HSP） with severe syndrome of bleeding due to blood heat involves many Zang-fu viscera and tissues. The pathogenesis is complex, which has some similarities with the transmission rule of warm disease. Guided by YE Tianshi＇s theory of clearing heat of Yingfen to Qifen, the authors summarize the specific therapies as diffusing cussed the application Sanjiao （三焦） and nourishing Yin-promoting blood circulation to induce heat. The authors dis- of these methods in treating HSP with severe syndrome of bleeding due to blood heat.
