北川白山羊与萨能奶山羊的体重和血液理化指标比较

摘　　要：为了研究北川白山羊体重、血液生理生化指标与萨能奶山羊的差异,本试验随机选取了20只北川白山羊和10只萨能奶山羊,分别测定了其各个阶段的体重,并采用全自动生化分析仪测定了30个血液生理生化指标。结果表明:北川白山羊和萨能奶山羊各个阶段的体重差异显著;部分生理生化指标比较接近,但一些主要的蛋白、脂肪类生化指标存在着一定差异。说明不同品种山羊在生长速度、营养水平、免疫能力、生产性能等方面均存在差异。In order to study the difference of bodyweight, blood physiological and biochemical indexes between Beichuan white goats and Saanen dairy goats, we randomly selected 20 Beichuan white goats and 10 Saanen dairy goats, measured the bodyweight at various stages, and the 30 blood physiological and biochemical indexes were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer. The results showed that the various stages of Beichuan white goats and Saanen dairy goats had significant difference, some physiological and biochemical indexes closed to each other, but some of the major indexes, such as protein and fat existed a certain differences. It reflected there were differences in growth speed, nutrition, immunity, production performance, etc. on different breeds of goats.
