新市民信息能力对其城市融入的影响研究——以珠三角为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在我国加快新型城镇化发展背景下,探究新市民信息能力对城市融入的影响作用,分析城市融入过程中的关键因素,对改进新市民城市融入过程中的服务与管理工作,提升我国城镇化质量都具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以信息能力过程结构理论、社会融入理论、信息分化理论等为基础,并结合新市民信息行为过程特点,构建出新市民信息能力与城市融入结构方程模型和测量模型。以广东省珠三角9个城市作为调研地区进行抽样调查,对新市民信息能力与城市融入测量模型和结构方程模型进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明新市民信息能力水平与其城市融入水平之间存在显著正相关关系,提升新市民信息能力水平能有效促进新市民城市融入。新市民信息能力对城市融入影响依次为信息运用能力、信息吸收能力、信息交流能力、信息定位能力和信息获取能力,信息能力影响新市民城市融入的主要因素依次为文化融入、经济融入、地域融入和社会融入。[Purpose/significance] With the acceleration of China＇ s New - type of urbanization, it is important to analyze the effects of new citizens＇ information ability on urban life adaptation and the key factors of adaptation, in order to improve the services and management during the process of new citizens＇ urban life adaptation and the quality of urbanization. [Method/process] Based on the theory of information capability process structure, social adaptation theory＂ and in- formation divide theory, and combined with the characteristics of new citizens＇ information behavior, a measurement mod- el and a structural equation model were built for measuring the effects of new citizens＇ information literacy on their adaptation. Afterwards, an empirical study on the two models was done, sampling the new citizens in the Pearl River Delta. [Result/conclusion ] The result indicates that there is a positive correlation between the level of new citizens＇ information literacy and their urban life adaptation. Improving new citizens＇ information literacy will effectively help them to adapt to urban life. The main factors of new citizens＇ information literacy that influence new citizens＇ urban life adaptation can be ranked by significance as follows： the ability to use information, the ability to absorb information, the ability to exchange information, the ability to locate information and the ability to get information. The main influence factors of new citizens＇ urban life adaptation are ranked by significance as follows： cultural adaptation, economic adaptation, geographical adaptation and social adaptation.
