摘  要:以紫苏种子为试材,采用单因素试验设计,研究了不同栽培基质土+蛭石(体积1∶1)、草炭+蛭石(体积1∶1)、草炭+土(体积1∶1)及草炭+蛭石+土(体积1∶1∶1)对紫苏苗菜生长及黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:草炭+蛭石处理下,紫苏苗菜的株高、胚轴粗、根长达到最大值,分别为7.64cm、1.36mm、14.47cm;紫苏苗菜的单株鲜质量、单株净质量、生物学产量及经济产量达到最高值,分别为0.42、0.39、32.57、27.98g;黄酮含量最高达24.80mg·g-1,综合分析草炭+蛭石是最佳栽培基质。Perilla sprouts seed was used as test material,the single factor experiment design was used. Different cultivation substrate were soil with vermiculite(1 : 1 ,volume),peat with vermiculite (1 : 1 ,volume) ,peat with soil(1: 1 volume),peat with vermiculite and soil (1 : 1 :1 ,volume) ,the effect of different cultivation substrate on Peril& sprouts growth and flavonoids content were studied. The results showed that under treatment of peat with vermiculite,the seedling height, root length, diameter of hypocotyls of Perilla sprouts seedling reached the maximum value which were 7. 64 cm, 1.36 mm, 14. 47 cm;plant fresh weight, plant weight, biological yield and economic yield of Perilla sprouts seedling reached the highest value,were 0. 42,0. 39,32. 57,27.98 g, respectively. The content of flavonoids reached the peak value was 24. 80 mg · g-1. Peat with vermiculite was the best cultivation matrix for growth of Perilla sprouts seedling.
