摘 要:基于国内外研究现状,以滚动轴承为研究对象,将滚子与滚道等效为点接触模型,研究了干摩擦条件下,表面形貌对滚动接触疲劳寿命的影响。建立了Zeretsky寿命模型,分析了表面均方根值、峰度及偏度、纹理特性对次表面应力分布和滚动接触疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:均方根值增加,次表面高应力区将靠近表面,滚动接触疲劳寿命降低;峰度增加将导致滚动接触疲劳寿命降低;纹理可使滚动疲劳寿命降低。Based on the research status in China and abroad, taking rolling beating as research object, and the roller and roller path were equivalent to the point contact model. The effects of surface morphology on the rolling contact fatigue life were studied under dry friction. Zeretsky life model was established, and the effects of surface RMS, skewness and kurtosis, texture characteristics on the stress distribution of sub surface and rolling contact fatigue life were analyzed. The results show that: when the root mean square values increase, the high stress area of subsurface is closed to the surface, and the rolling contact fatigue life decreases.The increase ofkurtosis leads to the decrease of rolling contact fatigue life. The texture can make the rolling fatigue life decrease.
