摘  要:利用熔体旋淬法采用不同辊速制得含Cr电工钢条带,并通过金相显微镜、XRD、显微硬度对加Cr前后的条带组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:随着辊速的增加,Fe-6.5%Si电工钢条带的组织均匀性增大,韧性增强;Cr元素可细化Fe-6.5%Si电工钢条带的晶粒尺寸,同时提高其强度和塑韧性;利用熔体旋淬法制备添加适量Cr的Fe-6.5%Si条带,并配以较高的辊速是一种可行的方法。The electrical steel strip with Cr under different rolling speeds was prepared by melt spin quenching method. The microstructure and properties of the strips before and after the addition of Cr were studied by optical microscope, X-ray diffi-action and microhardness. The results show that with the increase of roller speed, the uniformity of microstrucRtre of Fe-6. 5%Si electrical steel strip increases, and the toughness enhances. Cr can reduce the grain size of Fe-6.5%Si electrical steel strip, and improve the strength, ductility and tonghness. It is a feasible method to prepare Fe-6.5%Si bands with a proper amount of Cr by melt spin quenching method with higher roller speed.
