摘  要:采用XRD、DSC(差示扫描量热仪)、VSM(振动样品磁强计)等检测方法,研究了分步预退火处理对(Fe_(74)Ga_2P_(9.65)B_(4.6)Si_3C_(6.35))_(98)Nb_2铁基非晶合金微观结构及晶化过程的影响。结果表明,经过分步预退火处理后样品内部的结构弛豫更加明显,呈现较强的预峰。对淬态样品、经过低温和高温单步退火以及分步预退火处理后的非晶样品在相同的条件下进行了晶化处理,其析出相的构成变化为(α-Fe、Fe_2B),(α-Fe、Fe_2B、FeP_4),(α-Fe、Fe_2B、FeP_4、Fe_3C、Fe_3Si);平均晶粒尺寸依次为32.2、27.2、30.2、20.3 nm;晶化面积为18.4%、21.7%、29.7%、33.9%。经过分步预退火处理的晶化样品的玻璃转化温度T_g、晶化起始温度T_x、晶化峰值温度T_p最高,表明其热稳定性最好。Effect of step by step pre-annealing on the microstructure and crystallization of (Fe74Ga2P965B4.6Si3C6.35)98Nb2 iron-based amorphous alloy were investigated by using XRD, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter), VSM (Vibrating Sample Magnetometer) and other detection methods. The results show that the more obvious structural relaxation and stronger pre-peak occur in the samples after step by step annealing pretreatrnent. Crystallization treatments of quenched sample and amorphous samples through pretreatment of single-step annealing of low temperature and high temperature and two-step annealing were carried out under the same condition. The change of composition of precipitation phases is (α-Fe, Fe2B), (α-Fe, Fe2B, FeP4), (α-Fe, Fe2B, FeP4, Fe3C, Fe3Si); the average grain size is 32.2, 27.2, 30.2, 20.3 nm in tum; the crystallization area is accordingly 18.4%, 21.7%, 29.7%, 33.9%. After the two-step pre-annealing, the glass transition temperature (Tg), the onset of crystallization temperature (Tx) and crystallization peak temperature (Tp) of crystallized samples are the highest, which indicates the thermostability is the best.
