摘 要:对复合添加铟锶新型机械刀片硬质合金试样进行了常规淬火、分级淬火和磁场淬火处理,并进行了热疲劳性能和不同温度的耐磨损性能测试。结果表明,与常规淬火相比,分级淬火的合金25℃磨损体积基本不变,600℃磨损体积减小36%,热疲劳裂纹级别从9级变为7级;磁场淬火的合金在25℃和600℃测试条件下的磨损体积分别减小39%和58%,热疲劳裂纹级别从9级变为2级。该硬质合金热处理工艺优选磁场淬火。Conventional quenching, step quenching and magnetic field quenching of the new-type mechanical blade hard alloy specimens with compound addition of indium and strontium were carried out. And the thermal fatigue property and wear resistance performance at different temperatures were tested. The results show that compared with conventional quenching, the wear volume of the alloy at 25 ℃ by step quenching is basically unchanged, the wear volume at 600 ℃ decreases by 36%, and the thermal fatigue crack grade changes fi'om 9 level to 7 level; the wear volumes of the alloy at 25 ℃ and 600 ℃ by magnetic field quenching are decreased by 39% and 58%, respectively, and the thermal fatigue crack grade changes from 9 level to 2 level. The hard alloy heat treatment process is preferable magnetic field quenching.
