摘 要:焊接裂纹是焊接常见的缺陷之一,及时检出裂纹是保证焊接质量的前提。无损检测方法已经应用到制造业的许多领域。本文从常规无损检测和非常规无损检测两方面分析了焊接裂纹的无损检测方法,阐述了各种无损检测方法的原理与现状。比较了各种方法的优缺点,同时论述了各种方法的适用对象,并对裂纹无损检测技术进行了展望。Welding crack is one of the common defects in welding, and timely detection of cracks is the premise to ensure the quality of welding. Nondestructive testing methods have been applied to many fields of manufacturing industry. Nondestructive testing method of welding crack was analyzed from two aspects of conventional nondestructive testing and non-conventional nondestructive testing. The principle and the present situation of various nondestructive testing methods were described. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared, and the suitable objects for various methods were discussed. The nondestructive testing technology was prospected.
