摘 要:使用激光拼焊进行65Mn高碳钢热轧板的焊接,并对焊接接头进行了热处理。通过杯突、拉伸、冷弯和反复弯曲等试验评估不同热处理工艺下焊接接头的塑性变形能力;通过金相显微镜、显微硬度计对焊接接头的显微组织进行分析,讨论了焊接接头的显微组织与其塑性变形能力的关系。给出了较佳的热处理工艺,对实现高碳钢的冷轧连续化生产具有一定的指导作用。The 65Mn high carbon hot rolling plate was welded by laser tailor-welding, and the heat treatment of the welded joint was carried out. The plastic deformation capacity of the welded joint under different heat treatment processes were evaluated by the experiments of cupping, drawing, cold bending and repeated bending. The microstructure of the welded joint was analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and microhardness tester, and the relationship between the microstructure of the welded joint and the plastic deformation capacity was discussed. A better heat treatment process was presented, which had a certain guiding effect for the continuous cold rolling of high carbon steel.
