摘  要:对油井管钻杆材料TA2纯钛和钻头材料14MnMoVN钢进行了异种合金真空扩散焊试验,对不同焊接参数下的焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能进行试验分析,分析了加热温度和保温时间对接头抗拉强度的作用规律。结果表明,焊接接头存在明显的界面,形成了断续的化合物反应层,主要为Ti-Fe金属间化合物。接头强度最高达到182MPa。相同保温时间下,随着加热温度的增加,接头的抗拉强度增大,但温度不宜超过900℃。相同加热温度下,随着保温时间增加,界面的结合强度先升高后降低。The vacuum diffusion bonding test of dissimilar metals of drill pipe material TA2 and drill bit material 14MnMoVN was carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint under different welding parameters were tested, and the effects of heating temperature and holding time on the tensile strength of the joint were analyzed. The results show that there is obvious interface in the welded joint, and it forms a discontinuous compound reaction layer, which is mainly Ti-Fe intermetallic compound. The joint strength can reach 182 MPa. Under the same holding time, with the increase of heating temperature, the tensile strength of the joint increases, while the temperature should not exceed 900 ~C. Under the same heating temperature, with the increasing of the holde time, the bonding strength of the interface increases firstly and then decreases.
