摘  要:以生铁为主要原料,以硅铁、锰铁、钼铁以及铬铁等为辅料,采用中频感应电炉熔炼球墨铸铁,研究了合金元素对冲压模具用球墨铸铁材料性能的影响,结果表明:当硅铁、锰铁、钼铁以及铬铁的添加量(质量分数,%)分别为4.50%、0.85%、0.65%、1.50%时各项性能最佳,此时球墨铸铁的球化率为84.3%,抗拉强度值为575.6 MPa,硬度值为23.1HRC,800℃保温160 h的氧化速率为0.1156 g/(m^2·h),2500次热疲劳循环后主裂纹长度为0.65 mm。合金元素有利于形成珠光体,细化晶粒及在表面形成氧化膜,提高了材料的力学性能、抗氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能。The nodular cast iron was melted by using medium-frequency induction furnace with pig iron as the main raw material, silicon iron, manganese iron, molybdenum iron and chromium iron as additive raw materials. The effects of alloy elements on the performance of nodular cast iron for stamping die were studied. The results show that when the addition of silicon iron, manganese iron, molybdenum iron and chromium iron is 4.50 %, 0.85 %, 0.65 % and 1.50 % respectively, it can achieve the best performance. The spheroidization rate is 84.3%, the tensile strength is 575.6 MPa, the hardness is 23.1HRC, the oxidation rate heated at 800 *C for 160 h is 0.1156 g/ (m2.h), and the main crack length after thermal fatigue shock for 2500 times is 0.65 ram. The alloy elements are useful for forming pearlite, refining grains and forming oxide film on surface, and the mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of the material are improved.
